5 Star is owned and operated by a group of experienced Melbourne business people who are committed to helping clients reinforce key relationships, acknowledge staff and volunteers, and recognize important milestones.

Members of the passionate 5 Star team come from diverse backgrounds and boast expertise in human resource management, organizational leadership, accounting and graphic design. All team members are also keen amateur sportspeople.

Mark Zetzer is 5 Star's general manager and creative director. Mark is largely regarded as a creative pioneer within the trophies and awards sector and has developed a host of unique pieces which have thrilled clients and recipients alike.

Mark manages and operates the business with the assistance of Josie Stark. Josie comes from a family that is 'iconic' in the Melbourne trophy and giftware industry. Josie's father, Frank "Iron Man of the Sea" Trainor, is a high profile Victorian sporting personality. Frank established the first widely known trophy and giftware service in Melbourne and has imparted a great deal of knowledge and skill unto Josie. Needless to say, Josie is an expert in the field.
